At NEATSPACE, we take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict quality and safety policy for returns and refunds.
Damaged or Defective Products
We only accept refund or replacement requests in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or leaked during transit.
To be eligible:
• The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear photo or video proof of the product and packaging
• The product should be unused and in its original condition
How to Raise a Request
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:

• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Resolution Options
Once your request is received, our team will review the submitted images or videos.
In certain cases, we may request the product to be returned for verification before proceeding.
After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
• Replacement: A new product will be shipped at no additional cost
• Refund: Processed based on your original payment method
Refund Process
• For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor variations in fragrance or preference
• Products that have been used or altered
Important Note
To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend recording a quick unboxing video at the time of delivery. This helps us resolve any issues faster and fairly.
